This property has it all! It is convenient to town amenities but feels very isolated. You can be to Greers Ferry Lake and Fairfield Bay in minutes. Thompson Creek runs the full length of the property and has some pretty bluffs and deep pools. Completely wooded with hardwoods and some pine ready to be thinned. Small cabin on the property would make a great place to stay when hunting. No utilities at the cabin. There is an unimproved road to the cabin and down to the creek. You can enjoy this property as your secret getaway or spend the day with the family enjoying the beauty of the creek and relishing the peacefulness. Public water across the road and Petit Jean fiber internet is available.
